Chicken Salad Chick

4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say “sorry for the wait” but all we got was a “here ya go”. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!

I enjoyed my food. Flavors are not too heavy. Just right. Portions are good. The atmosphere is cute. Service was A+. That being said.... you can get a sample of scoops with crackers. Or, the choice of bread is a croissant or white/wheat bread. There are no other options like a roll, ciabatta, or other types of bread. And if you get your bread toasted, weirdly only one side of the bread slice is toasted. The outside. The consistency of the chicken salad is more of a dip or maybe like mixed tunafish. If you are looking for more of a chunky salad with bites of chicken... this isn't it. This is more mushy. ... like a dip on bread. Or dip and crackers. However, the flavors are very tasty. Buffalo was good. Not too heavy at all. Olivia's was really tasty. I didn't care for Barbie Q. I didn't get a BBQ flavor of coals or even a little smokiness at all. Instead, it tasted like Baby Ray's BBQ sauce was mixed in. I didn't even finish it. It was too condiment like. I will still go back if I'm in the area. I don't eat fast food, and this is a nice light alternative. I would also order them in a pinch for an appetizer board if I needed... for crackers and dip. --------------------- Top L is Buffalo. First time here. Chicken salad is excellent, 4 groups of chicken salad, comprised of 12 specific chicken salads. How can you not find one you love? On croissant, white bread or wheat. Plus a side item and a cookie! The complicated process of ordering was much simplified at the checkout. Love this place. Since chick fillet doesn't do chicken salad sandwiches, this is my go to place. Fruit salad side was also very good and didn't break the bank. Sat outside since it's such a beautiful day. Highly recommend this place, especially if you appreciate a great chicken salad You won't be disappointed.

Our first visit and we will be back. I had the Fruity & Nutty with crackers and Tomato Bisque Soup , excellent! My husband had the Turkey Pesto and enjoyed it very much. Our son loved the cookie that comes with the meal. Socially distanced tables were perfect. Only complaint which is minor , the air was really up high. Check it out!!! $$

I absolutely love chicken salad chick! No joke, I can (and do a lot of weeks) eat here multiple times a week. I love the Fancy Nancy, Classic Carol, Sassy Scotty, Buffalo Barclay & Kickin Kaylynn. I'm sure I'd like something about all of their chicken salads they have to offer! Go ahead, get out there and get a plate! What are you waiting for?

How many types of chicken salad can you make? Apparently a ton! We love it here; frequently get the croissant with lemon basil chicken salad. The sides are amazing: broccoli salad, grape salad, seasonal strawberry salad. You can't go wrong. The decor is cute and the staff are very helpful, quick, and friendly. Order online and it's usually ready when you get there. They are currently offering curbside pickup still as well.
